Alden Hotel Wedding: Kelly & Martin

“I was bored one day,” Kelly said… “I was bored one day so I went looking at my friends’ friends on Facebook.” The room instantly filled with giggles and “F’reals?!” as Kelly explained how she and Martin first met. With six of her kindred spirits by her side, she had readied herself with an Enzoani gown and Kate Spade heels. “I came to Martin’s profile and thought… He’s cute! I’m going to poke him.. AND THEN HE POKED BACK!!” Thus began a poking war that turned into much, much more than Facebook friendship. Kelly and Martin’s love is visible and moving. And Dylan and I were so blessed to document their final relationship status change at the Alden Hotel.

K & M – Thank you for welcoming us with such love and excitement! And for choosing us to document what is just the beginning of your journey. We are still oooing and awwing over all the details and moments that comprised your wedding day – and now this post. It is hands-down one of our favorites. Enjoy! XOXO!!

I had heard so many wonderful things about Kelly’s momma! I was so grateful to finally meet her. :)

And it fits like a glooove…

Many thanks to Michelle at Clear Lake Flowers for the beautiful bouquets!

The handsome Martin – man of the hour. And always with a big smile. :)

West University UMC was quite possibly one of the most beautiful churches I’ve ever seen…

And then? It was TIME.

“Kelly Anderson is now married to Martin Dorsey.” So says Facebook. ;)

Kelly, you are just stunning!!

Something about the light in these next few images makes me smile uncontrollably. Thank You, JESUS!

I feel like these two are regal or something… Like I should bow down to them in reverence of their hotness.

This was Dylan’s angle of the very same moment. And THIS is why second shooters are awesome!

Classic in so many ways. KELLYYY. Your fierceness slays me…

Back at the reception site, things were looking fabulous!

This gorgeousness brought to you by Rustika Café and Bakery.

The first dance was perfection. Look at that fooorm. ;)

I love Martin’s expression in this image. Seems VonCarl did a pretty great job on his toast!

And the night was danced away. And when I say danced, I mean daaayanced!!

All our love and congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Dorsey. :)
